TartarNet is FidoNet-member network in
Tatarstan Republic (Russia). Fifty nodes and more then 150 points joined to
network in tree cities of Tatarstan - Kazan, Nebezhnie Chelny and Almetyevsk.
There are set of TartarNet echo-conferences and
popular BBS's. Functioning of TartarNet backbone
is regulated by TartarNet Echo Policy (you can read it in russian part of the
site). You can ever catch TartarNet over Internet!

IP mailer with BinkP protocol (ForEx Binkd or ARGUS).
